Our telephone is answered 24 hours daily, and one of the doctors is available at all times. We may be reached by calling 423.698.3423. In case of an emergency please call 911 for stroke symptoms or uncontrolled seizures.

Appointments


Initial appointments made with our neurologists must be scheduled by a referring physician.

In general, appointments will be divided into consultation, testing, and follow-up appointments. A decision regarding the suitability of treatment in the office or outpatient setting can be made at the initial consultation appointment. It is most important that your medical history be given close attention. For this reason, we ask that you carefully complete your medical history and provide a list of all medications that you are allergic to, and any allergies.      It is advisable in certain situations that patients be accompanied by a family member or friend for purposes of form completion and medical history.

NO SHOW/CANCELLATION POLICY

Our physicians and staff try to meet the needs of our patients the best that we can when scheduling appointments. We are a very busy Neurology Practice that normally has to schedule our patients several weeks out to be seen. We try to accommodate all the needs of our patients in a timely manner, therefore we have established the following policy:


Patients who cannot keep a scheduled appointment must cancel their appointment 24 hours prior to the appointment. If the appointment is not cancelled 24 hours prior to the appointment, the patient will be charged $25.00. This $25 must be paid along with the co-pay prior to the patient being seen at the next appointment.


New Patients failing to keep an initial appointment will be rescheduled only once.
